Work and eat when, where, and what you want! #bad11

One of the best things about being able to work from home is the food. The ability to choose where your food comes from, how it is prepared, and when you eat it. Even if there are restaurants around your office, or a cafe available onsite, there is nothing that beats the quality and cost of a meal prepared at home.
This is a special blog post in honor of blog action day 2011 (October 16); you can find out more here.

I totally agree. I would also add that it's just plain healthier to eat at home. After I started working from home my bad cholesterol dropped and my good cholesterol improved. I didn't change my diet. I just didn't eat take-out everyday for lunch anymore.

Absolutely Marcy! Small, potentially imperceptible shifts, but big results. This also offers the opportunity to begin the prep of an evening meal as well. This can bring back family meal times, and lessen the stress of rushing to prep something after a long day at the office. It is easy to turn on the oven when you are near enough to do so. All in all, work arrangements that do not require you to be in an office and away from home for the majority of the day and your life, allow the focus to return to home, and return to life in general. It does not mean you work less, but it does mean you can live more!
